More Than Just Filing Applications
We provide a holistic approach to your Intellectual Property. That is, one custom fit to your needs and designed to evolve with your business.
IP Portfolio Management
Some companies have an IP portfolio but find it hard to manage. For example, they may not have a dedicated IP Manager, so the portfolio becomes overlooked or neglected. So, we can help you manage your portfolio, making sure nothing is missed and improving efficiency.
Commercial Strategy
Making your IP work for you involves many factors that differ for each business. So, we can help create a plan to get value from your Intellectual Property. For example, this includes taking steps to identify IP, securing protection before sharing inventions, watching marketplaces, and deciding when and how to enforce your rights.
Entitlement and Licensing
Proper documents and agreements help avoid future IP ownership disputes. To help, we can review or create contracts, employment agreements, IP assignments, and ensure you truly own the IP you believe you do.
Freedom To Operate
Starting a new business or developing a new product can be risky if you don’t know your competitors’ IP rights. Therefore, we research the risks and help you create a plan to handle any issues now or later.
